We will be joined by Aaron Arkin, a registered psychotherapist and sleep technologist, and Jenni Diamond, a certified personal trainer and occupational therapist. You’ll hear about:

● The importance of self-care and best practices with a 10-minute movement session, and,
● Wellness tips to address the challenges faced this year.
