About this event

The importance of wellness and self care has never been more vital than during this challenging year.

Join our Weizmann Canada Women for Science event on self-care, sleep, exercise and wellness.

We will be joined by Aaron Arkin, a registered psychotherapist and sleep technologist, and Jenni Diamond, a certified personal trainer and occupational therapist. You’ll hear about:

● The science behind quality sleep and the effect it has on our health,
● The importance of self-care and best practices with a 10-minute movement session, and,
● Wellness tips to address the challenges faced this year.

We appreciate your support and hope you will join us with the rest of our Weizmann Canada community.
